MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY (AND PROSPEROUS) NEW YEAR

Merry Christmas and a happy (and prosperous) new year. I hope that you find in your portfolio stocking some businesses that will increase in value, increase dividends and in share price next year.

As always, apart from enjoying the festive season, we should think of those people who are less fortunate than us. I have shared below some photos of one such soul and the work difficulties that he faces. As Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull said “The Christmas spirit is not what you drink”.

Access to work premises not always easy

Working in malaria climes can have its problems. Like mosquitoes who don’t always share the Christmas spirit. Don’t they know that it is better to give than receive?

In today’s economic environment it can be necessary to save on production costs.

And there are other on the job hazards too of course.
